What You'll Be Doing

You'll receive training to become knowledgeable about our products, enabling you to sell confidently and proudly to customers using your existing and developing sales skills.

Your Role Will Involve

• Following up on warm sales leads, visiting customers at their homes or utilizing our new remote selling framework
• Delivering persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes into sales
• Educating customers about our products and services, thinking quickly and cross-selling where appropriate
• Collaborating with customers to meet their unique needs and ensuring first-time right delivery

What We're Looking For

You should be self-motivated and confident in engaging with customers at all levels. We're seeking someone who is:

• Proactive and results-oriented
• Flexible with workload and working hours
• Committed to providing high-quality customer service
• Ideally experienced in Home Improvements or a similar field
• A driver with a full UK driving license and your own car
