Sales Executive - Darlington

Drive Motor Retail is currently seeking a Car Sales Executive to join our team in Darlington and you will need to be motivated/self-driven, adaptable, and hold total drive and ambition.
- Basic Salary of £20,000
- Potential earnings are un-capped but are averaged at £50,000+ per annum
- Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6pm (1 of these days off in the week due to working a Saturday)
- Saturday – 8:30am – 5pm
- Alternating rota for Sunday – 10am – 4pm

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Carry out test drives and provide insightful information about the products.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
Requirements:
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and approachable personality.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- A Valid Driver’s License.
- 1-2 Years of showroom experience in a car sales role.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
