Qualifications

Base pay range

Your Retreats is a leading manufacturer of high-quality, bespoke lodges designed for holiday parks, private clients, and luxury retreat spaces. With a commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products tailored to each client's needs. We're now looking for a proactive and organised Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to cultivate high-value leads, close significant sales, and earn attractive commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers, holiday park owners, and partners to promote our lodge solutions
  • Respond to inbound enquiries via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Provide quotes, process orders, and assist in managing client communications
  • Support the sales and operations teams with general administrative tasks
  • Assist with scheduling site visits, deliveries, and production timelines
  • Conduct site visits


Requirements

  • Previous experience in high value sales role
  • Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Competent in CRM/database management preferably Hubspot
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • An interest in construction, property, or manufacturing sectors is a bonus
