This is an on-site role for a Sales Executive at Blend in Devizes. As a Sales Exec at Blend, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our membership business. You will be a key member of our dynamic sales development team, acting as the eyes and ears in the market. Your responsibilities will include building relationships and securing commitments from senior executives in large-scale organisations to attend our partner events. Your efforts will be essential in fuelling the growth and expansion of our global membership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sourcing and initial outreach to prospective members/attendees
  • Invite prospective members to Blend Partner Events
  • Educate prospects on the value that Blend delivers to its members
  • Contact senior executives via telephone, email and LinkedIn
  • Video pitching to prospective executive attendees
  • Identify and connect with new contacts who align with the Blend value proposition. Are they a perfect fit for our community? Do they embody a collaborative spirit, possess a low ego, and have a desire to share and be vulnerable with their peers?
  • Continuously update and maintain accurate information on prospective members
Who you are
  • Results-oriented and motivated
  • Strategic 'hunter' who thrives on building robust sales pipelines
  • Keen to use phone, email and LinkedIn to build relationships with executives
  • Ability to clearly understand and articulate complex concepts in simple language
  • Passionate about learning and development
  • Experienced with customer service, events, recruitment, hospitality or sales
  • Enthusiastic about being part of something new and exciting, with opportunities to grow with the business

Work Schedule: 4 days per week in the office, 1 day remote.

Training: Full training provided.

Location: Office based in Chippenham, Wiltshire. We welcome applicants from Bath, Chippenham, Devizes, Swindon, or Bristol.
