The Role:

We’re seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial-minded Sales Executive to drive sign-ups from both businesses and individuals across the UK.

Your mission:

All while helping Stintworth become the go-to platform for career development.

This is a self-employed, commission-only role—perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment and is excited by uncapped earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive business acquisition: Reach out to companies, agencies, startups, and SMEs to get them onboard and posting opportunities.
  • Grow the user base: Promote the platform to students, graduates, and career changers.
  • Own the sales cycle: From prospecting to closing, onboarding, and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with the team: Share insights, shape sales strategies, and work closely with leadership on pitches and market feedback.
  • Innovate: Help develop scalable growth strategies as we expand.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Based in the UK.
  • Self-employed (or willing to operate as self-employed).
  • Experience in B2B, B2C, SaaS, education, or recruitment sales (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-starter who can manage their own pipeline and targets.
  • Passionate about startups, career development, and making a real impact.
