Job summary

Steven Eagell Limited in the UK is hiring a Sales Executive to drive customer engagement and close vehicle sales. The role offers a base salary of £25,000 with a guaranteed £30,000 in the first year and a potential £55,000 on-target earnings, plus a company car and extensive benefits.

You will build rapport with customers, present tailored vehicle options, arrange test drives, and work with Aftersales and other teams to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Talks with and listens to customers to build rapport and understand their requirements.
• Build trust, communicate effectively and surpass customer expectations with a service-based experience.
• Ensure the customer buying experience is industry leading.
• Explain options and guide customers to best choice, including test drives.
• Use product knowledge to guide customers to the right vehicle.
• Collaborate with Aftersales and other teams to secure new business.
• Follow up opportunities for sales by other specialists (e.g., Fleet Sales).

Your Responsibilities as a Sales Executive

• Talks with and listens to customers to build rapport and understand their requirements.
• You will build trust, communicate effectively and surpass our customer's expectations, whilst providing a service-based experience.
• In essence you will ensure that our customer’s buying experience is industry leading, in line with our standards.
• Demonstrates the most suitable options to the customer, understanding and adapting to their buying strategy and encouraging them to experience the product through a test drive.
• Uses in-depth product knowledge to guide the customer towards the best choice for them.
• Works with colleagues and other teams across the Centre to provide continuous improvement and seamless service to customers (e.g. attending to Aftersales customers, with the aim of obtaining new business).
• Ensures opportunities for sales by other teams are followed up by the most appropriate specialist (e.g. Fleet Sales).
