We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive for a dealership near Brockenhurst.

Job Role – Car/Bike Sales Executive

Salary: Basic £40,000 and uncapped commission - use of company vehicle

New Car or Used Car and Bikes Sales Executive Role:

This role involves both new and used motorcycles, as well as used cars, with a focus on maximizing profitability while maintaining high standards and delivering outstanding customer service, helping us lead in the automotive industry.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Guiding customers through the sales process from start to finish.
• Maintaining contact with customers and leads even after the sale.
• Managing appointments via phone, email, website, social media, and walk-ins.
• Organizing and assisting with test drives and rides.
• Working towards individual and branch sales targets.
• Upselling additional items such as warranties, gap insurance, and paint protection.
• Ensuring all admin and paperwork are completed correctly for the Sales Admin team.
• Assisting with company events and promotions.
• Maintaining the showroom's appearance.
• Listing vehicles on Auto Trader and the company website.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous Car or Bike Sales experience within the Motor Trade.
• Possess a full clean UK driving licence.
• Ideally have a Motorcycle licence or be interested in learning.
• Have excellent face-to-face and virtual customer service skills.
• Be self-motivated and team-oriented.
• Be eager to train within company and brand standards.
