Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking a Sales Executive in Bournemouth. The role offers £28,200 per year with an OTE of £35,220, and a fantastic bonus structure. You’ll work 42.5 hours per week on a rotating pattern, including weekends, in our fast-growing, customer-focused team.

You’ll be the main contact for customers, conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and provide exceptional service. A full UK driving licence and experience in target-driven environments are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in a sales or service role.
• Proven ability to work toward targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication skills and telephone manner.
• Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
• Basic IT literacy and administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and manage branch operations as the main customer contact.
• Contact customers and schedule appointments to meet targets.
• Conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and provide excellent service.
• Coordinate with back office and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
