Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking a Sales Executive in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on selling cars, achieving targets and delivering excellent customer service. You will act as the main point of contact for customers at our branch, with a strong emphasis on helping customers through the car buying journey.

The position offers a competitive salary with a robust bonus structure, and requires a full UK manual driving license. Weekend work and 42.5-hour weeks are part of the rota.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving license is required.
• Proven track record in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
• Strong organisational and workload prioritisation skills.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Sell vehicles and ensure smooth branch operations.
• Contact customers and manage appointments to meet targets.
• Conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices and close deals.
• Coordinate with back office and colleagues to deliver service.

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Job: Sales Executive

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
