Who we are

A well-established, fourth-generation family jeweller specializing in fine diamond jewelry. We pride ourselves on providing personal service and creating some of the finest jewelry in the country. Our collections are crafted with passion, care, and attention to detail. We are dedicated to representing Swiss luxury brands like Patek Philippe, Mikimoto, Roberto Coin, and Hulchi Belluni.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers to understand their jewelry needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations.
  2. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our jewelry collections, including gemstones, precious metals, and latest design trends.
  3. Showcase and promote our luxury watches and jewelry, including brands like Patek Philippe.
  4. Create a welcoming in-store experience, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  5. Handle sales transactions efficiently, including payments and invoicing.
  6. Assist with visual merchandising and displays to attract customers.
  7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  9. Participate in store events, promotions, and marketing activities.
  10. Perform inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and checks.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in jewelry sales or luxury retail.
