HR Duo offers a comprehensive HR technology solution for growing businesses, including Workforce Management, HR, On-Demand Pay, Payroll, Performance Management, and ATS Technology stack. We are building a strong UK sales team to acquire new customers and expand our market presence.

Who Are You:

You want to play a pivotal role in a rapidly growing technology company.

You are self-motivated, influence company culture, and are eager to contribute to sales and growth.

You are intelligent, passionate, with B2B outbound sales experience and a proven ability to identify opportunities.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are enthusiastic about acquiring new business. You are comfortable presenting both remotely and in person, with a strong grasp of technology.

You aim to help build and drive the business to the next level.

Ideal candidates will have experience selling SaaS technology, a history of new business acquisition, and exceeding sales quotas. Enjoyment of outbound prospecting and maintaining high activity levels is essential.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Research, identify, and generate new opportunities via phone and web, supported by internal SDR and marketing activities.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations in person and virtually using sales best practices.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, focusing on long-term relationships and high-value deals.
  • Engage with stakeholders across operations, HR, finance, and senior management to understand needs and tailor solutions.
  • Negotiate with C-suite and director-level decision-makers.
  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Utilize social media, technology platforms, and other channels to generate new meetings.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records using CRM software.
  • Attend networking events to connect with potential clients.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • At least 2 years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record, preferably in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Experience selling concepts or intangible products is advantageous.
  • Results-driven and committed to over-achieving targets.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented attitude.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Experience with value-based sales and ROI negotiations.
  • Experience in SME markets such as Manufacturing, Construction, Hospitality, Retail, or Care is a plus.
  • High activity levels, persistence, tenacity, and strong commercial insight.
