Oakleaf Partnership is seeking a Talent Development Lead to join its People & Development team in central London. You will shape how consultants are developed through sales training, coaching, and learning delivery across the business.

You will design a best-in-class sales excellence methodology, facilitate sessions, provide desk-side coaching, and manage the end-to-end administration of development programs, with a focus on early-career consultants. Three days in the office per week in London.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering sales training in recruitment.
• Strong facilitation and co-facilitation abilities in person, desk, and remote.
• Excellent organisational skills for coordinating multiple sessions.
• Mentorship and coaching experience within recruitment or sales.
• Clear communication, adaptable to diverse learners.
• Strong admin skills for training documentation and reporting.
• Commitment to inclusive learning and accessibility.
• Proficiency with recruitment CRM tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver search and sales training programs for consultants.
• Design engaging training materials and facilitate sessions.
• Provide hands-on coaching and desk-side support.
• Maintain training records and track outcomes.
• Identify learning needs with managers and build development plans.
