Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex programmes with multiple senior stakeholders and measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to design and deliver learning and talent development initiatives with strategic suppliers.
• Experience designing and evaluating talent management and development programmes.
• Experience operationalising complex performance management programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyse data and draw insights to support decisions.
• Experience managing external suppliers and partnerships.
• Operational excellence, attention to detail and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic learning and talent programmes aligned to organisational priorities.
• Manage governance, planning, communications, stakeholder engagement and impact evaluation.
• Design and deliver learning solutions building organisational capabilities.
• Support people manager capability through learning resources and targeted development activities.
• Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences across virtual, face-to-face and blended formats.
• Support career development initiatives to promote employee growth and internal mobility.
• Develop learning analytics and insights to demonstrate ROI of L&D activities.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across HR and the business; manage external suppliers.
• Programme management of PEDP and related delivery as a business enabler.
