Job summary

United Media in London is seeking a Director of Talent Development to lead our learning and development strategy as we accelerate growth. You will drive programs across levels, partner with executive leadership, and shape the company’s capability and culture from our HQ near Victoria Station.

You’ll work in-person at our London office, collaborating with a motivated team, CEO, and founders. Travel to conferences overseas is part of the role, with strong focus on impact and internal promotion.

Responsibilities

• Building the most progressive learning and development opportunity for team members across levels of experience.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans for learning and development, including identifying training needs and developing training programs to address them.
• Creating development programs that empower the team to continuously overdeliver and deliver 7-star experiences across business areas.
• Identifying and driving synergies across business functions.
