Searcys is seeking a strategic and driven Sales and Events Manager to join our dynamic team at RICS. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to drive revenue, elevate our brand, and foster lasting guest relationships.

As the Sales and Events Manager at RICS, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our sales and marketing strategies. RICS is a stunning venue that benefits from both a restaurant and events space. You will need to be agile and responsive to the venue's needs.

Details:

  • Hours: Full-time
  • Salary: £45,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet venue goals
  • Lead, manage, and develop the sales and marketing team
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Plan and coordinate promotional events and product launches, including brand collaborations
  • Understand the events and restaurant markets
Candidate Requirements:
  • A passion for events and hospitality
  • An ambitious individual eager to grow and develop
  • Experience as a Sales Manager or Head of Sales in hospitality/events venues
  • Proven leadership in managing and developing a team
  • Experience working in a client-facing corporate environment
  • Strong administration, coordination, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills
  • Proactive with excellent time management
