We're looking for a dynamic Events & Sales Manager to lead the charge at one of Surrey’s most scenic leisure and event venues. With lakeside views, a championship golf course, and versatile event spaces, they host everything from weddings and parties to corporate away days.

This role combines sales leadership with operational finesse. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from lead gen to post-event follow-up—while driving revenue, creating standout campaigns, and ensuring flawless delivery on the day. You’ll work closely with the GM and board to shape strategy, hit ambitious targets, and keep our events calendar buzzing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead from the front – Inspire and manage a small but mighty team, setting clear goals and celebrating big wins.
  • Drive sales & build relationships – Win over clients, close deals, and ensure every event becomes a repeat booking.
  • Be the face of the venue – From weddings to corporate gatherings, oversee key events and make sure every guest leaves impressed.
  • Market smart – Own our social and digital presence, keeping us top-of-mind and on-trend.
  • Report & recommend – Monitor performance, forecast revenues, and help shape our future growth.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in event sales and delivery, ideally in hospitality or leisure.
  • A proven record of smashing targets and converting leads into loyal clients.
  • Strong leadership skills—calm under pressure, big on collaboration, and always ready to roll up your sleeves.
  • Sharp commercial acumen, a flair for negotiation, and next-level attention to detail.
  • A love for events, people, and creating memorable moments in a beautiful setting.

This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark at a vibrant, high-footfall venue with a loyal customer base and huge potential for growth. If you’re a hands-on leader with an eye for detail and a passion for people, we’d love to meet you.
