In this role, you’ll support the UK Head of Sales in driving sales, events, and bookings across BrewDog’s Waterloo venue.
You’ll be part of an experienced sales and events team, working out of London Waterloo, and will work closely with other Sales Executives, bar teams and marketing to convert incoming enquiries, deliver outstanding events and create culturally relevant experiences that drive people into our bars.
A key part of the role will be managing incoming event and booking enquiries, building rapport with each guest to understand their requirements, creating bespoke packages and proposals, upselling relevant experiences and maximising revenue opportunities. You’ll also be responsible for collecting payments and pre-orders on time, identifying any special requirements and ensuring these are clearly communicated on every booking.
The role will have a strong focus on developing and supporting culturally relevant consumer events that give people a reason to visit BrewDog bars.
You’ll help identify opportunities around key cultural moments, entertainment, sport, music and emerging trends, turning these into exciting events and experiences that drive awareness, footfall, bookings and revenue.
You’ll work closely with the wider marketing, sales and bar teams to bring these events to life, from initial idea and planning through to execution and post-event review. This will include supporting event concepts, coordinating operational requirements, building event plans, and ensuring every event delivers an excellent guest experience.
You’ll also take ownership of the organisation of large upcoming events, completing detailed handovers and liaising with kitchen, front of house and operational teams where required.
There is a proactive element to the Sales & Events Executive position, which will include reaching out to previous large events and upselling to auto-confirmed bookings, identifying new sales opportunities, and supporting the team to grow pre-booked revenue.
You’ll also look for opportunities to convert event guests into repeat customers, build relationships with key customers, and maximise the commercial potential of events across the portfolio.
Ultimately, this role is about selling great experiences and creating reasons for people to choose BrewDog! Combining strong sales skills with a passion for events, culture, and hospitality.
