Job summary

BrewDog Glasgow is seeking enthusiastic bar crew to deliver outstanding craft beer and a memorable guest experience.

You will work closely with your team on the bar and floor, learn our beer range, and bring positive energy to a fast-paced environment.

You’ll follow BrewDog’s charter and contribute to a welcoming, energetic shift culture with great perks and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Interest in great beer and willingness to learn (training provided).
• Previous bar experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver amazing craft beer to guests, working with crew on bar and floor.
• Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

About The Role

We at BrewDog have one mission. We want to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are. Our bars are at the forefront of that mission, delivering amazing beer & customer service at all times.

In this role you'll be right at the forefront, delivering amazing craft beer to the people. You'll be working closely with your crew mates to deliver the best service possible on the bar and floor.

You'll be led by an experienced management team alongside a crew of passionate & confident individuals, made up of team on the floor & behind the bar.

About You

You've got an interest in great beer and love the idea of getting it into the hands of our guests. While any knowledge of craft beer is a bonus, it's not essential, we'll give you all the training you need to become an expert.

You’re passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and know that great experiences come from strong teamwork. You bring positive energy to every shift, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are always ready to support your teammates.

Previous bar experience is a plus, but not a must. What matters most is your attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn, we'll teach you everything else.
