Job summary

BrewDog UK is seeking a Sales & Events Executive to support the UK Head of Sales in driving sales, events and bookings across BrewDog’s Manchester bar estate. You will join an experienced sales and events team, working from our Manchester location, collaborating with bar teams, marketing and operations to convert inquiries and deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, event coordination, event marketing or a related role within the hospitality, entertainment, or leisure industry.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing event logistics.
• Experience planning or delivering consumer-facing events and experiences.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to increase bookings, revenue, and footfall.
• Experience working cross-functionally with operational, marketing and hospitality teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the UK Head of Sales in driving sales, events and bookings across BrewDog’s Manchester bar estate.
• Collaborate with bar teams, marketing and operations to convert enquiries and deliver outstanding events.
• Manage incoming event and booking enquiries, build bespoke packages and proposals, upsell experiences and maximise revenue opportunities.
• Collect payments and pre-orders on time, communicate special requirements clearly on bookings.
• Develop culturally relevant consumer events that drive awareness, footfall and revenue.
