Job summary

The Company is seeking a Sales Estimator to join the commercial team. This role combines engineering knowledge with customer interaction, reviewing drawings and preparing quotations for laser cutting and folded components.

You’ll work closely with production and customers to understand requirements, solve problems and deliver orders from enquiry through to completion, while training on a new MRP system and developing long-term career prospects.

Qualifications

• Engineering or manufacturing background.
• Excellent communication skills with customers.
• Experience reading engineering drawings.
• Strong IT skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for laser cutting and folded components.
• Communicate directly with customers throughout the enquiry-to-order process.
• Collaborate with production to understand requirements and deliver projects on time.
• Be one of the first users of the new MRP system and participate in its training.
