Delinea in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Engineering Director for Northern Europe to shape how the world’s leading identity security platform is positioned and demonstrated to enterprise customers. You will build and mentor a 5-7 person SE team and directly influence the regional technical narrative.

You will report to the EMEA VP of Sales Engineering, own the technical strategy, and align demos, POCs, and architecture with market opportunities to drive growth across Northern Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven track record scaling an SE org across multiple markets.
• 2+ years of management experience or equivalent impact.
• Strong foundation in enterprise security, identity management, PAM.
• Direct experience with customer POCs, demos, and architecture.
• Ability to mentor teams through ambiguity and regional ownership.

Responsabilités

• Build and mentor the SE team. Lead a team of 5-7 Sales Engineers and drive demo proficiency.
• Develop SE strategy and positioning. Create a regional operating model aligned to market.
• Support high-value deals with technical validation, design, and outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to capture regional feedback.
