• Present key project bids and lead contract negotiations.
• Maintain records before, during and after each project.
• Monitor long-term outlook for scaffolding projects.

• Early identification of target projects
• Work to identify and target new projects and customers within the scaffolding
• Negotiate trading agreements and discount levels for new customers, whilst operating within the company financial guidelines
• Attending customer briefings and liaising with specialists to ensure the safest and most cost-effective solution is offered
• Forecasting turnovers and managing budgets
• Presenting key project bids and leading contract negotiations
• Maintaining records before, during and after each project is completed
