Allsafe Scaffolding is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Contracts Manager in Banbury to take day-to-day operational and commercial control of multiple projects. You will lead a team of 20–30 operatives, coordinate with Directors and customers, and ensure safety, quality and programme targets are met.
The role requires strong leadership, scaffolding knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects with effective labour planning and mentoring. A UK driving license is essential.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Contracts Manager to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of our projects.
As Scaffolding Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operational and commercial management of multiple scaffolding projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required programme and quality standards.
You will manage a team of approximately 20-30 operatives, working closely with our Project Director, Senior Projects Manager, Operations team, H&S team and customers.
This is a hands-on management role for someone who understands scaffolding, enjoys working with people and is confident managing multiple projects, programmes and priorities at the same time.
A key part of the role will be developing and supporting your team, including labour planning, recruitment, training and mentoring, while ensuring our high standards of health & safety and workmanship are maintained.
