Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. in London is seeking a high-energy Sales Engineer to drive business for Real Estate Manager and Visual Lease solutions. You will gather requirements, deliver technical demos, run POCs/Pilots, respond to RFPs, and help shape SOWs while collaborating with Sales and other teams.

This is a full-time role based in our London office. Travel up to 25% is expected as part of client engagements across the UK and Europe, with a focus on building long-term customer partnerships and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Previous SaaS sales engineering or technical selling experience in SaaS is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Willingness to travel in the UK and Europe as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support and technical presentations of CoStar Real Estate Manager and Visual Lease.
• Lead POCs/Pilots, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and support RFP creation.
• Develop implementation services plans and manage pilots and proofs of concept.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and customers to tailor solutions.
