We’re building a new division within Johnson & Phillips, dedicated solely to Power Quality Solutions—and we’re looking for two experienced, driven Sales Engineers to lead the charge in the Midlands & North and Southern UK regions.
This is not a role for a farmer. It’s for a hunter—someone who thrives on the chase, knows how to create opportunities from thin air, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, knock on doors, and get in front of decision-makers.
Your focus? NEW BUSINESS. We need professionals who know the power game—Power Factor Correction, Harmonic Filtration, Voltage Stabilisation—and can spot the opportunity in every overloaded switchboard, every oversized transformer, and every site drowning in reactive power charges.
You’ll be targeting industrial users, manufacturers, energy-intensive businesses, and consultants. The kind of clients where solving Power Quality issues delivers real savings and protects production. This is about driving energy efficiency, freeing up capacity, and reducing maintenance headaches—and making yourself indispensable in the process.
We’ll back you with the products, the engineering support, and the delivery capability—but winning is down to you. You’ll live and breathe your region, own your patch, and be rewarded for the business you bring in.
If you’ve sold PFC systems, harmonic filters, or anything into heavy industry, you’ll know the conversations. You’ll know how to walk a site, read the load, talk technical, and close deals that others couldn’t even get on the table.
