Job description

As a Sales Engineer at Kibo, you will partner with functional and technical stakeholders to design solutions and close complex sales opportunities by leveraging your in-depth technical knowledge and experience to bridge communication gaps. You will utilize your extensive product expertise to identify customer requirements, define product-solution designs, and shape the approach to meet those requirements during scope development. Additionally, you will ensure that the architecture is scalable, aligned with business goals, and supports the strategic direction of the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  1. Lead technical and business discussions internally and externally to guide and support cross-functional teams throughout the sales lifecycle.
  2. Participate in customer discovery sessions to understand current processes, systems, pain points, and business needs.
  3. Evaluate technical requirements for new sales opportunities thoroughly.
  4. Collaborate with Executive Leadership, Professional Services, Product Management, Business Users, and other stakeholders to align the solution vision using both technical and functional approaches.
  5. Present technical solutions through software demonstrations, detailed illustrations, and comprehensive integration diagrams focused on solving client pain points.
  6. Provide industry expertise, thought leadership, and consulting to clients and prospects on innovative technology uses that create value.
