About the Role

As a Sales Engineer, working from your home and sometimes from our offices in Droitwich, you’ll be the key link between our innovative spray solutions and our customers’ needs. You’ll manage a dynamic territory, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, moving deals forward, and closing sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct regular client visits, diagnosing problems and tailoring a spray solution
  • Translate our spray solutions into clear business value and ROI
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies
  • Support marketing initiatives, trade shows, and customer outreach
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (preferred)
  • 3+ years’ experience selling to industrial customers
  • Proven ability to get in front of customers and manage complex sales cycles
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, and professionally presented
  • Experience with CRM tools and territory planning
