Job summary

We are hiring an OEM Sales Engineer who will leverage application and market knowledge to meet and exceed sales targets in the EMEA territory, while ensuring all company-wide strategic goals are achieved.

The OEM Sales Engineer is responsible for all OEM sales activities within their territory for the OI Andor portfolio. They will serve as the primary contact for existing Key Accounts and potential OEM customers throughout the sales process.

This role involves working closely with the OEM Sales Manager and Head of Segment Sales to develop territory action plans and collaborating with Service, Marketing, Applications, and other sales resources to achieve targets.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Materials Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of sales experience with technical scientific products such as spectroscopy or confocal microscopy
  • At least 2 years managing OEM customer relationships
  • Experience in developing and executing territory-specific sales strategies
  • Extensive experience with CRM platforms and proficiency with MS Office applications

This is a permanent, home-based position, ideally in Germany, with consideration for applicants in France, Netherlands, or the UK.
