Job summary

Evotix is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to support onboarding, learning programmes and enablement activities across our Assure and 360 products. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver practical, accessible training and materials.

This hands-on role focuses on developing skills, improving enablement processes and ensuring resources are current and easy to find. No prior Sales Enablement experience is required.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication, and confidence working with a range of people.
• A collaborative, curious approach and willingness to learn, ask questions and take feedback.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for new sales hires and support learning programmes for revenue teams, including scheduling and sessions logistics.
• Create, update and organise training materials and resources with input from subject matter experts.
• Provide first line support for enablement tools and maintain learning platforms like Allego and Gong.
• Coordinate enablement updates with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Revenue Operations.
• Support partner onboarding and training sessions and track participation.
