What You’ll Do:

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the development and execution of an enablement program for our partners, including planning, scheduling and delivery of training sessions for our partners.
  • Deliver training to our Distribution Partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Determine enablement priorities with internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to internal stakeholders.
  • Create reports to demonstrate KPIs to the wider business.
  • Build a trusted relationship with both partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate ongoing training with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate content creation between internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage the training documentation.
  • Ensure that material is up-to-date and kept updated on all relevant platforms.
  • Regularly gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy.
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across our customer base.
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent projects to completion.
  • Support the development of sales operations strategy, understand priorities, and execute operational plans.
  • Map and evaluate current processes and offer recommendations for areas of improvement.
  • Support with Salesforce management.
  • Support with any ad-hoc requests.

What It Takes:

  • Minimum 3 years of working in Sales Operations/Business Operations/Revenue Operations/Sales Enablement preferably at a high-tech, telco or software company.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude, driven, wanting to learn.
  • Demonstrated capability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in order of importance and manage multiple projects at once with critical deadlines.
  • A strong and proactive approach to tasks that can be proven in taking accountability with small and big initiatives.
  • Ability to manage conflicting POVs across various senior stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training.
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability, results-driven.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably SFDC.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Express or similar tool (video content creation).
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Successful track record operating, partnering with and influencing stakeholders.
