Job summary

M2 Professional Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic professional to join as an operations coordinator as part of a growth phase in a leading independent provider of commercial finance solutions. You will coordinate the transition from sales to operations, monitoring stakeholders and driving the process from prospect to client.

Responsibilities include AML/ KYC screening, payments, CRM administration, and onboarding new staff, while collaborating with Sales to develop introducer

Qualifications

• Experience of factoring preferred.
• Good written skills.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Ability to manage a wide-ranging and diverse workload.
• Database management experience - preferably Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transition between sales and operations from prospect to client.
• Monitor and liaise with stakeholders throughout the process.
• Raise offer letters and check legal documentation.
• Maintain CRM system as administrator for the company.
• Support introducer relationships with Sales colleagues.
• Handle payments and transaction monitoring including AML screening and PEP/ Sanctions screening.
• Train and onboard new starters within the sales admin & sales teams.
