Qualificações

• Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role with accountability for delivering sales strategy and growth.
• Track record of winning new business and developing strategic accounts in a complex B2B IT context.
• Strong commercial acumen with pricing, margin, and contract negotiation expertise.
• Experience setting and managing sales KPIs, forecasting discipline, CRM adoption and governance.
• Ability to influence senior leadership, customers and partners to drive growth.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing high-performance sales teams.
• Expertise in consultative selling, strategic account planning and opportunity qualification.
