• Track record of winning new business and developing strategic accounts in a complex B2B environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with pricing, margin improvement and contract negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the sales strategy aligned to the business plan and growth ambitions.
• Achieve sales targets, drive revenue, margin, order intake and conversion performance.
• Own the sales pipeline, forecasting process and CRM governance with robust performance reviews.
