• Track record of driving revenue growth and building scalable sales processes.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with architects, contractors and developers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver the sales strategy and KPIs.
• Lead a major sales and revenue transformation programme.
• Use AI processes to prioritise leads and accounts and reduce admin.
• Review and improve the sales model and commercial structure.
• Drive pipeline, forecasting and measurable revenue growth.
