Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Available via CINEMEMORY.CO.UK (GBP) and CINEMEMORY.COM (USD), this platform expands our offering beyond rental houses, allowing production teams and independent filmmakers to access the world’s largest selection of professional media at the best prices.

Job Summary – Sales Director, Europe

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Director – Europe to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen relationships with rental houses across the region. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the European market, ensuring strong revenue growth and market expansion.
  2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with rental house clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships that enhance DYNAMIC RENTALS’ presence across Europe.
  4. Help lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and brand consistency.
  6. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine and adapt sales strategies.
  7. Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasting and key performance reports to senior leadership.
  8. Represent DYNAMIC RENTALS and CINEMEMORY at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand awareness.
  9. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships with clients.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. 5-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Industry knowledge in film production, camera rental, or equipment rental is a strong advantage.
  2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  3. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills to engage with high-profile clients across Europe.
  4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
  5. Fluent English required; additional European languages (French, German, Spanish, or Italian) are highly beneficial.
  6. Willingness to travel extensively across Europe to meet clients and attend industry events.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven sales analytics to optimize performance.
