Role Overview

As the Sales Director – EMEA, you will be joining Bryd – the global leader in Slack-first Salesforce consulting and AI Agent building. Founded by senior Salesforce and Slack veterans, Bryd has rapidly grown to become the go-to partner for enterprises looking to unlock the power of Slack within the Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll be stepping into a warm patch, with a healthy pipeline of opportunities, brand recognition as an industry leader, and direct access to the founders who are deeply engaged in the business and its future.

This is a pivotal standalone role that empowers you to shape and execute the regional sales strategy. You’ll join at a moment of real momentum, with a hot ride towards acquisition– and equity in your compensation to share in Bryd’s success. Preferred background: Current or former employee of a Salesforce consulting partner or Big 4 consultancy, with deep exposure to co-selling, enterprise delivery, and ecosystem strategy.

Location: Based in London or Dublin, with flexibility to travel across EMEA as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Sales Leadership & Pipeline Management
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for EMEA, taking full ownership of the region’s revenue targets.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, targeting Salesforce customers and Slack-using enterprises.
  • Leverage marketing initiatives, events, and personal networks to generate leads and accelerate growth.
  • Identify key decision-makers within target accounts, mapping Bryd’s solutions to their needs.
  • Confidently sell to multiple stakeholders across EMEA – including in UK/I, Nordics, CEE, MENA, Israel and beyond – with Bryd’s track record of successful projects in over 30+ EMEA countries.
Consultative Selling & Deal Closure
  • Lead the entire sales cycle with a consultative, value-based approach, from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closes
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing Bryd’s Slack-first Salesforce expertise.
  • Develop tailored proposals that align Bryd’s offerings with customer needs and create mutual value.
Relationship Management & Account Growth
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your customers, fostering trusted relationships that ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery and customer success teams across onshore and offshore models, working seamlessly across timezones in a remote-first approach.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your accounts to drive growth and deepen partnerships.
Salesforce & Slack Ecosystem Expertise
  • Leverage your deep understanding of the Salesforce sales cycle, co-sell motions, and partner ecosystem to open doors and accelerate deals.
  • Bring strong familiarity with Slack (usage experience is sufficient, implementation experience not required) to confidently engage in discussions around Slack’s business impact
Operational Excellence & Forecasting
  • Own your quarterly and annual revenue targets, providing accurate forecasting and pipeline updates to leadership.
  • Operate with a self-starter mindset, comfortable wearing multiple hats and prioritising high-impact activities.
  • Use your knowledge of the Salesforce partner environment to uncover new revenue streams and drive Bryd’s growth across EMEA.
Experience
  • Salesforce Expertise: Proven success in a Salesforce partner environment, with a deep understanding of Salesforce’s products, sales motions, and ecosystem.
  • Slack Familiarity: Knowledge and experience using Slack in a business context; understanding of its benefits and alignment with Salesforce.
  • Sales Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing revenue targets of at least $3+ million USD annually, with a strong record of achieving or exceeding goals.
  • Agentforce & AI Agent Landscape: Understanding of the emerging AI agent landscape and Bryd’s Agentforce perspective, including the benefits of building both custom built agents and Agentforce-hosted agents in Slack for different customer scenarios.
  • Middleware & Automation Tools: Decent understanding of middleware and API endpoint software like Mulesoft,Zapier, Make.com, and Workato, and how these tools are leveraged to streamline integrations.
  • LLM Usage in Sales: Familiarity with tools and approaches to selling that incorporate LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and how these are used by clients to improve productivity and decision-making.
  • Data Readiness & AI Enablement: Understanding of Datacloud, database tools, and ETL processes, and what it takes to clean and prepare data to feed into AI systems effectively.
  • New Productivity Stack: Bonus points for experience and usage of the wider “new” productivity stack – tools like Notion, Airtable, and Miro – and how they integrate into modern workflows and client ecosystems.
  • Hands-On Consulting/SaaS Background: Ideally you have prior experience in hands-on consulting roles is a plus such as a TA, BA or as a AE/CSM/SE adding depth to your understanding of customer challenges and implementation nuances.
  • Relationship Building: Established network within the Salesforce/Slack ecosystem is a strong plus.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, independently driving growth and prioritising what matters most.
  • Timezone Flexibility: Proven ability to work across onshore and offshore delivery teams in different timezones within a remote-first model.
Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tech, or a related field.
  • MBA or Master’s in a relevant discipline (preferred).
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g. Sales Cloud Consultant, Accredited Sales Professional) strongly preferred.
  • Slack experience in a business context required; Slack partner training or admin certs are a plus.
  • Sales methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) is advantageous.
  • Multilingual skills and EMEA market experience are a plus.
  • Must be legally able to work in the UK or Ireland or EU and travel across EMEA as needed.
