You’ll be supporting the affordable luxury revolution by leading and developing our ambitious Account Manager Team with focus on corporate sales efforts, Business Development and establishing strong corporate relationships across all regions for our mid size account portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, inspire and motivate the account manager team towards ambitious sales goals.
  • Plan and execute relevant sales trips across Europe/US for sales activities in the locations the Account Managers are based.
  • Key Account management: ability to demonstrate account penetration and deliver on revenue targets and growth plans. It is key to the growth and success of citizenM’s corporate base.
  • Attend industry fairs and events and provide ROI analysis on attendance to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Analyze performance metrics and market trends to guide strategic account decisions.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills for complex account negotiations, leveraging internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor corporate portfolio results and implement tactics to maintain and grow a healthy account database.
  • GSO Relationship Management expert with emphasis on supporting the Account Managers develop those skills
  • Maintaining the CRM system up-to-date to support your account management activities and reporting accuracy.
