Job description

Does growth excite you? As a Sales Director, UK/Europe, you will be responsible for winning new business with key prospects across Europe and the UK. The Sales Director will aim to achieve sales targets, profitability, generate leads, and recruit prospects, representing our accesso products. Your ability to understand customer needs and identify opportunities will be vital in expanding our company's reach.

Location: This role offers 100% remote flexibility anywhere in the UK!

Working Hours: GMT

Reports to: Director, Business Development

What you'll be working on:
  1. Developing a pipeline for accesso products within the Attractions vertical, including Ticketing, F&B/Retail POS, 3rd Party Distribution, eCommerce, and Mobile Apps, focusing initially on France and Spain.
  2. Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and account management.
  3. Meeting targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
  4. Translating complex assessment sessions into meaningful presentations.
  5. Performing product demonstrations both on-site and online.
  6. Attending industry trade shows and conferences.
What you bring to the role:
  1. Proven track record of delivering against a 1M ARR quota.
  2. 3+ years of sales experience in the Attractions Industry and/or SaaS Software.
  3. Experience demonstrating technology platforms via remote access tools like Zoom or Teams.
  4. Self-motivated, high-energy individual.
  5. Strong communication skills, effective across diverse audiences, including non-English speakers.
  6. Multi-language skills are advantageous.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Strong analytical skills to drive results.
