The Role
This strategic Sales Director position focuses on Key Account Management (KAM) while driving new business development. The role has been created to support the growing demand within key accounts and to further expand the company’s presence in the media and broadcast sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow at least three key accounts
Lead personal business development efforts, primarily in the UK, with opportunities in Benelux region
Build strong relationships with sports rights holders and key industry stakeholders
Promote hybrid media solutions (IP, self-service, automation) to new and existing clients
Travel as needed, including four annual meetings in London and two trips to Stockholm
Ideal Candidate Profile
Location: UK-based preferred (France or Belgium considered)
Strong experience managing key accounts in media, broadcast, or production
Existing relationships with Tier 1 Broadcasters, Sports Rights Holders, and Sports Broadcasters
Knowledge of production, post-production, and sports broadcasting workflows
Familiarity with hybrid media solutions, IP workflows, and automation is a plus
Experience working with Benelux market is beneficial
