A rare opportunity has opened up for a strategic and results-driven UK sales director to join a fast-growing bespoke optical retailer, as they embark on an exciting expansion journey across the UK.

This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for shaping and executing the UK wholesale strategy, while nurturing a high-performing team and strengthening relationships with key clients. As part of the senior leadership team, you’ll have a direct hand in driving growth, developing new market opportunities, and elevating the brand’s presence in the premium eyewear space.

Key areas of focus:
- Leading and evolving the national wholesale sales strategy
- Building and developing a high-impact sales team
- Managing key account relationships with a consultative approach
- Using data and performance insights to drive commercial decisions

We’re looking for a leader with extensive experience in the eyewear industry, who understands the importance of craftsmanship, fit, and personalised service in the optical market. You’ll be a strong communicator, commercially sharp, and passionate about developing people and partnerships.

Based near Kew, West London, this role offers a salary of up to £80,000 for the right candidate, with regular UK travel required to connect with teams and partners nationwide.
