Job summary

CM Recruitment is seeking a Sales Director to help grow a successful school sports tours company. You will develop existing and new school business, using your relationships and leading a team under your guidance.

Experience in school sports tours is essential; ideally based in Birmingham or Midlands/South East. Salary is up to £50,000 with a strong commission structure and the potential to earn equity in the business.

• Must have a strong network in school travel and sports tours.

Sales director

Required to help grow an already successful school sports tours company. You will be developing existing and new school business, using your current relationships as well as heling grow a team under your leadership. School sports tours experience is a must, ideally based Birmingham and below, salary up to £50,000, great comm and the chance to earn equity in the business.

Duties of a sales director

• Selling UK, European and Worldwide school sports trips, including football, Hockey, rugby and ski.


• You will not be restricted to area in the schools you approach , but ideally you will be located in the Midlands or South East, but again they are open for the right candidate


• Contacts within the school sports industry, as well as the knowledge and ability to bring in new business


• Experience in running a team, as with time they would like you to build up a strong sales team

Skill set of the Sales Director

• A strong background in the Schools travel market


• An excellent black book of contacts


• Ability to grow and develop a successful sales team


• Able to work autonomously with guidance from the owners
