Miller Homes Ltd is seeking a Sales Director for the East Midlands region. You will lead the sales function across multiple projects, directing strategy and customer service to ensure profitability and high standards.

The role requires extensive experience in house-building, strong leadership, and a focus on achieving targets, with a proactive approach to managing a geographically dispersed team.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver the Business Plan from land purchase to final completion.
• Maintain an overview of Sales performance and ensure budgets/targets are delivered or exceeded.
• Ensure excellent levels of customer service while upholding core values and NHQC requirements.
• Manage departmental costs.

We are looking to recruit a Sales Director to join our East Midlands sales team and lead the Sales function of this fantastic region. The role will see you direct and lead the Sales Department by providing the highest quality advice and guidance to the business and its component projects.

Sales Director Responsibilities

• To be instrumental in developing and delivering the Business Plan (from land purchase to final completion)
• To maintain an overview of Sales performance and ensure that project profitability is optimised and that budget/targets are delivered or exceeded.
• To ensure the provision of excellent levels of customer service to the customer base whilst up holding the core values of the business and the requirements of the NHQC
• Management of departmental cost
