• Extensive experience in a similar role within the new house-build sector.
• Proven ability to lead a geographically spread multi-disciplinary team.

• Develop and deliver the Business Plan from land purchase to final completion.
• Maintain overview of Sales performance and ensure profitability targets are delivered or exceeded.
• Ensure excellent levels of customer service while upholding company values.
• Manage departmental costs.
