Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities through cold outreach and developing relationships with potential clients as well as furthering relationships with existing clients. You will utilize a variety of tools such as Lusha, Clay, LinkedIn, and more to identify leads, initiate contact, and book meetings for the senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct proactive outreach via email, phone, and social media to identify and engage with potential clients.
2. Leverage tools such as Lusha, Clay, LinkedIn, and others to generate leads and build prospect lists.
3. Develop a strong understanding of Reuben Sinclair’s recruitment services and value proposition.
4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and maximize lead generation.
5. Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior sales staff to close.
6. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and lead generation targets.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience in a similar sales role, with a track record of success in lead generation and cold outreach.
2. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over email, phone, and social media.
3. An understanding of recruitment and how the industry operates.
4. Experience using sales and lead generation tools such as Lusha, Clay, LinkedIn, and others is a plus.
5. A self-starter who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
