This role

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling, emails & other outbound channels
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements through discovery calls
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate AEs for further development and closure
  • Researching accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and generating interest in our offerings
  • Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects - taking ownership of managing a high volume of accounts.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
