Senovis is a growing membership and intelligence business that works exclusively with Chief Human Resource Officers (CHROs) and their HR leadership teams in large global organisations. Through curated peer networks, executive roundtables, and original insight, we help HR leaders make better decisions, faster.

The Opportunity

As a Sales Development Representative – Membership Sales, you’ll play a critical role in helping us grow our executive community. You’ll be responsible for identifying senior HR leaders - primarily CHROs and their direct reports - and introducing them to the Senovis network. You’ll help drive outreach campaigns, build early-stage relationships, and support the wider team in moving prospects through to conversion.

What You’ll Do

  1. Research and identify CHROs and HR leaders in large organisations who fit our membership profile.
  2. Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism and HubSpot to support structured prospecting.
  3. Execute personalised outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels to engage potential members.
  4. Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings with senior team members.
  5. Track engagement, manage outreach activity, and maintain up-to-date CRM records in HubSpot.
  6. Support event invitations and follow-up communications with prospects and their assistants.
  7. Contribute to improving outreach approaches based on data, feedback, and team collaboration.
  8. Stay informed on the key issues facing HR leaders to support more relevant conversations.

What You’ll Bring

Experience

  1. 3+ years in sales support, business development, or lead generation - ideally in B2B or professional services.
  2. Ideally experience engaging with senior stakeholders (Director level and above) in large organisations.
  3. Background in HR, professional services, recruitment, or membership-based businesses is an advantage.

Skills

  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Confidence in outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, messaging).
  3. Comfortable using or learning tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, and HubSpot.
  4. Attention to detail and discipline in managing data and CRM records.
  5. Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
  6. Collaborative mindset, open to learning from others and contributing to team success.
