Senior Sales Development Representative ERP/SaaS

Location: Remote (UK-based)

Salary: £65,000–£80,000 base, uncapped OTE

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

We are hiring an experienced and commercially sharp Sales Development Representative with a strong background in SaaS or ERP to join a fast-growing enterprise software consultancy. This is a strategic lead generation role, not an entry-level SDR position, requiring someone who understands the ERP or SaaS space and can start contributing immediately by building a senior-level pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct high-quality outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage senior decision-makers.
  2. Qualify prospects and book meaningful meetings for the senior sales and technical team.
  3. Identify relevant pain points, buying triggers, and commercial needs within complex organizations.
  4. Collaborate with sales and technical leadership to align messaging and outreach strategy.
  5. Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline data.
  6. Shadow senior sales conversations to build long-term domain knowledge.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 12 months experience in an ERP or SaaS sales environment (SDR, BDR, or inside sales).
  2. Proven success in generating opportunities with mid-market or enterprise clients.
  3. Comfortable speaking to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  4. Strategic thinker capable of spotting genuine buying signals beyond scripts.
  5. Self-motivated, accountable, and able to operate in a high-trust environment.
  6. Strong interest in ERP and the business transformation it enables.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the ERP or SaaS landscape and enjoys building qualified pipelines at a senior level. While there is potential for long-term progression, the initial focus for the first 12–18 months is on high-quality lead generation and strategic outreach. This is a critical, high-value function within the sales team, and we seek someone who takes pride in their contribution.
