Sales Development Representative Poole GBP30,000 - GBP32,000 + Bonus

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you ll be the first point of contact for prospective engineering customers introducing them to high-performance mechanical components that solve real technical problems. Your role is all about prospecting, nurturing, and qualifying leads for the wider sales team. Working closely with marketing and the Head of Sales, you ll build momentum with every outreach, helping fuel the business s ambitious growth plans.

This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their commercial skills in a supportive environment, with full training provided and a clear route for progression into a field sales role.

As a Sales Development Representative, you ll benefit from:
