At our busy Nottingham branch, we are looking for a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused individual to join us as a Sales Development Representative. The Sales Development Representative role focuses on canvassing and prospecting for new business. You will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, increasing market share, and representing our Estate Agency in your local area.

What you will receive as a Sales Development Representative:

Training and onboarding:
  • One-week training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester, including industry-leading training and fully-paid accommodation.
  • Follow-up training within the first five to six weeks of employment.
Key responsibilities:
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly business targets.
  • Manage valuation generation activities using the ROSIE system.
  • Proactively communicate with valuation opportunities and maintain high outbound call volumes.
  • Participate in door-knocking and zonal canvassing strategies, tracking leads and opportunities.
  • Engage in local prospecting activities, including social media, door knocking, and leaflet distribution.
  • Respond to inbound calls and manage opportunities for valuations, viewings, and financial services.
  • Build your personal brand through social media and videos.

Minimum requirements:
  • Full, clean UK driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills and attention to detail
  • Legal right to work in the UK (passport or birth certificate)

Interviews may be conducted via video call. Our Employee Assistance Programme offers support, and we provide support for eye tests and glasses per company policy. Please note, if you leave voluntarily within 12 months, you may need to reimburse training costs.
