The Job

Are you a motivated self-starter with a passion for building relationships and uncovering new opportunities? BigChange is looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our high-energy team and help fuel our continued growth.

As an SDR at BigChange, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers-introducing them to our award-winning job management platform and identifying how we can help transform their operations. Your mission? Generate high-quality leads, qualify opportunities, and set the stage for successful sales conversations.

Location: Leeds, Hybrid

Salary: £28,000 + commission

What You’ll Do


  • Generate qualified sales leads and book appointments within key B2B target markets.
  • Research potential clients to understand their needs and position BigChange’s solutions effectively.
  • Engage prospects through phone, email, and social media to drive interest.
  • Communicate the value of BigChange’s products and services using tailored messaging and materials.
  • Schedule appointments strategically using our diary system based on region, rep, and vertical.
  • Build deep product knowledge to confidently represent our offerings.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to position BigChange as a market leader.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and wider departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and respond to client queries professionally.
  • Align outreach with marketing initiatives to maximise lead generation.
  • Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting targets.
  • Always represent BigChange with integrity and professionalism.


What You’ll Bring


  • Proven experience in B2B and/or SaaS lead generation, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Confident working in a cold calling environment with a resilient and proactive approach.
  • Skilled in using social media platforms as key tools to connect with and engage prospects.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage pipelines effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Natural relationship builder with a consultative approach.
  • Target-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding KPIs.
  • Analytical thinker with a drive to continuously test, learn, and improve.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong focus on customer success.
  • Adaptable, coachable, and committed to continuous learning and growth.
